Test Online Survey

Test Online Survey is a J2EE based software which facilitates an easy way of robust data collection. It is completely web based and is usable to anyone who has an access to an Web Browser. The survey invitations are sent across through emails and responses are received and analysed for quick meaningful reports. There are no limitations to the survey sample size with an excellent background support of an effective, robust and secure Database and an efficient fail-safe mailing system. The system allows to simply create a survey by allowing you to add questions to a repository, create questionnaire for the survey, select a sampling base for the survey with option of .xls bulk import , setting the activity date for the survey and then sending the survey. You can also add to the sampling base of an on-going survey very easily. The data collection from survey, analysis and publishing is done at the instance of the survey responses.


1. Creating questions [ Question menu -> Question Bank option ]

2. Creating questionnaire from the questions [ Question menu -> Question Bank option ]

3. Add individual contact details or bulk contacts from .xls files.
Can create groups while bulk add and add to groups while individual add [ Settings menu -> Customer List option, Settings menu -> Customer Group List option ]

4. Add Customer invitation Text which goes with the invitation mail [ Settings menu -> Survey Address Text option ]

5. Create survey by choosing activity dates, narration of Survey , questionnaire, invitation text, customer list [ Survey option -> Survey List option ]

6. Send invitation mails [ Survey option -> Survey List option Click Send Mail button of the corresponding survey ] 7. View feedbacks and Feedback Analysis [ Feedback Analysis menu. For Analysis click show Analysis and for viewing individual response click view responses ]


If a survey is already created and is active (within activity period) you can simply add to the existing survey base by selecting new customers or clients and no repetitive mails will be sent.

1. Add further customer list to the survey [ Survey Menu -> Survey List option then click on the add customer button of the respective survey ]

2. Send invitation mails [ Survey Menu -> Survey List option then click on the add customer button of the respective survey ]

3. View feedbacks and Feedback Analysis [ Feedback Analysis menu . For Analysis click show Analysis and for viewing individual response click view responses ]

Thermal & Power Monitoring System

The software is based on TINI (Tiny Internet interface) technology which consist of a PCB embedded with a host of processors, permanent and volatile semi-conductor memory capable of hosting OS and running Java programs. The PCB is equipped with ports which can read binary data from sensor devices. The TINI equipment runs a server program which collects binary data from thermal sensors ,does conversions and sends the data to clients which further stores them in a database. There is a web container which fetches data from the database to generate online & offline reports and graphs. The system is capable of supporting thermal monitoring of an entire establishment round the clock with bare maintenance.

E-Recruitment

User Section
Recruitment site which enetertains job providers and job seekers.  The user have related control panels.  There is provision for posting multiple jobs category and skill set wise. Job seekers have facility to upload their CV  and other details.  There are extensive and exhaustive searches for job on the site. It also has a admin management system which controls status of users and job management.

Jobseeker Section
New User Registration with resume post :
User can fill the registration form.Also the user can upload his/her resume or cut/paste his/her resume.
Search Jobs :
User can search jobs by keyword or by location or by experience or by functional area or by job type. Also user can search jobs by a combination of the above.
Application for Job :
After job search is finished, a user can apply for a particular job or more than one job on his/her choice. For sending a job application user have to fill the covering letter. The administrator of this site can see the covering letter for a particular candidate against a particular company.
Edit profile :
User can edit his/her profile.
Feedback :
User can send feedback on a particular module and a particular topic. The site administrator can reply them.

Recruiter Section
Post Job :
Recruiter can post jobs.
Search candidate profile with posting job :
Recruiter can search resume with posting job. He/she can see the profile of a particular candidate and also see the covering letter or he/she can download the resume for the particular candidate.

Admin Section
Country Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the country name.
Zone Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the zone name.
Key skill Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the key skill name.
Functional Area Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the functional area name.
Course Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the course name.
Specialization Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the specialization name.
Job Level Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the job level name.
Job Seeker Listing :
Administrator can delete the job seeker name.
Posted Job Listing :
Administrator can see the number of posted jobs and see the status of the particular job. If the job is expired the status is off other wise the status is on. When the administrator can click on the number of job he/she can view the name of the candidate with his/her resume and details and also the covering letter.
Category Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the category name. The administrator can change the status of the category. If the category status is off then the category is not displayed in the hot categories section.
Employer Listing :
Administrator can delete the recruiter name and change the status. He/she can see the details of the company.
Role Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the role name.
Advertisement Listing :
Administrator can add, edit and delete the advertisements.
Feedback Listing :
Administrator can reply and delete the feedback for a particular user.
